Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 31, 2026
Delos Scientific ("we", "us") builds validated, documented lab instruments. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We've kept it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect:
- Your email address — so we can contact you when instruments become available.
- Your role (optional — e.g. "Postdoc launching a lab") — so we understand who we're building for.
- Which form you used and when — basic housekeeping data.
How we use it
- To email you occasional updates about Delos Scientific — instrument availability, pilot invitations, and launch news.
- To understand the mix of people interested in what we're building.
We will never sell your email address or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, aggregate web analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to see how many people visit and which pages they view. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
Where your data lives
Waitlist entries are stored securely with Supabase, our database provider, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Both providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist entries until you ask to be removed, or until the waitlist is retired — whichever comes first.
Your choices
- Every email we send includes a way to opt out, or you can just reply and ask.
- You can ask us at any time to show you or delete the information we hold about you.
